SAP Human Capital Management / Human Resource Consultant with more than 15 years SAP extensive experience in SAP HCM/HR Implementation working in countries: Indonesia and Malaysia.
Result oriented professional with more than 15 years’ experiences and a proven knowledge, certified on ERP SAP HR and SAP SF PMGM, business analysis and requirement gathering, system design and configuration, integration, testing, setup authorization, data migration, technical/ debugging and documentation on SAP HCM functionality especially Payroll and statutory requirement (Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, PY International) and integration to SAP Finance. Having experiences and knowledge on SuccessFactors (SF) implementation as well and its integration.
He has widely exposure on some SAP projects and daily operation support with various client’s industries like Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Banking, Manufacturer, Retail, Transportation services, Airline, and Chemical industry, and Mail services.
With good personality and communication, he has capability, dedication and integrity to work within a team, has proficiency in English, IT literacy, hardworking, and fast learning.
